Big Pretzel (Parent or Care-giver) & Little Pretzel (walkers to 3 yrs)
Partner with your toddler in simple dynamic poses, games, chanting and breathing exercises that help to link coordination and build body awareness. We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our wings in bird, while we take a yoga voyage that your child will love! This fun class strengthens relationship bonds between parent and child. Caregivers welcome. Class runs for 45 minutes with 15 minutes of set-up and cool down. Wear comfortable clothing.
