Minty Tea
1 sachet of your favorite mint tea - I like Refresh or Calm by Tazo
2-3 organic Mint leaves
1.5 cups of boiling Water
Agave nectar to taste

Oh Yum this is a favorite- Green Smoothie
I love to start my day with this. I found a version of this on Kim Snyder's website. Enjoy!
1 1/2 cup of water
1 head of organic romaine lettuce, chopped
3-4 stalks of organic celery
1/2 to 1organic apples, cored and cut up or substitue a green pear
1/2 to 1 organic banana (for your taste)
5-8 sprigs of organic cilantro
5-8 sprigs of organic parsley
1/3 cupo of organic lemon juice
If you have some wheat grass or wheat grass powder - add some in

Pear Groovie Smoothie
- This one has Pears and Kale

1 1/2 cup of water

Chocolatey Energy Boost Smooth
1T. Organic Cacao Nibs
1T. Maca Powder
2T. Agave (to personal taste)
1/4 Cup Goji Berries - mayb substitute other berries
1-2T. Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1 Cup of Water
Mix in Blender and Blend! Nice morning drink or afternoon pick-me-up.

Chia Power Smoothie
Try adding acai or cacao into the pudding mixture below for an extra nourishing punch
3 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 tsp. Maca Powder
2T. Agave
2 bananas
1 tsp. extra virgin coconut oil
1 granule to 1 tsp. bee pollen *
2-3 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds or Hemp Hearts
1/2 cup of berry mix - blueberries, strawberries, rasperries, goji berries - you choose!
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup almond milk
Blend water, chia seeds and agave with Almond milk. Add bananas, coconut oil, bee pollen and maca. Blend into a thick cream or pudding. Pour over a mix of chia seeds and berries. Enjoy! *Bee Pollen takes time to adjust to - therefore if you don't regularly use it - start out with a 1-2 granule(s).

Chocolate AVOCADO SMOOTHIE
This is a great solution for a chocolate craving - instead a sugar-laden candy bar, give this a try.
¼ cup Raw Chocolate Nibs
4 tbs Organic Cacao Powder
1 pear 1 banana
¼ frozen avocado
3 cups coconut water
1 cup water
Mix in blender and ENJOY!
