Rebekah teaches a Kickboxing class that is an "Aerobic-Based" version of boxing, kickboxing and martial arts. The workout incorporates the use of boxing equipment during drills, sports conditioning and martial arts techniques. It is a challenging workout that will improve coordination, abdominal, upper and lower body strength. You will see a significant change in your stamina and ATTITUDE!
